Wayne Pourron, Vice President

Wayne is a licensed plumber with P-Class 1 certification. He has worked as a plumber for over 30 years after receiving his plumbing degree from Wake Technical College in 1978. Wayne obtained his plumbing license in 1986, the year he launched Barbour-Pourron Plumbing with Mark Barbour. Wayne's primary responsibilities include sales and general manager of all plumbing field operations. While his passion is farming, he also enjoys spending time with his two grandchildren. He is also an active member of Amelia Christian Church, having served as a deacon and currently as a member of the Board of Elders.

Randy Godwin, Secretary / Treasurer

Randy joined Barbour-Pourron Plumbing as the business manager and secretary / treasurer in 1996 to assist in expanding the business. He holds a BS in civil engineering and worked as a field engineer and contracts manager for Progress Energy for 22 years. His primary responsibilites include all aspects of business management, ie….accounting, payroll, banking, and human resources. Randy represents the company in the Clayton Chamber of Commerce and sits on First Federal Bank's Advisory Board. He is also an active member of Amelia Christian Church. He enjoys fishing and woodworking, but the pride of his life is his three grandsons.

Mark Barbour, President

Mark is a licensed plumber with P-Class 1 certification. He began working as a plumber in 1973 for other Triangle-based plumbing companies. Mark earned his plumbing license in 1983. He launched Barbour-Pourron Plumbing with Wayne Pourron in 1986. His primary responsibilities with the company include purchasing and inventory management. An avid NC State fan, Mark looks forward to the football season. However he also enjoys fishing, lake recreation, and spending time with family and friends. He is an active member of Amelia Christian Church in Clayton.
